Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong book.

  • The book was damaged during delivery.

  • There are missing items from your order.

Refund Process
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may issue a refund via bank transfer.

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 working days after approval.

Return Timeframe
  • Return or replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • After this period, we may not be able to process your request.

Conditions for Returns
  • The book must be unused, unmarked, and in its original condition.

  • Packaging should not be torn (except in case of delivery damage).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged book), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you return the book for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong selection), you will bear the shipping cost.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Share your order number and photos of the book (if damaged/wrong).
